About Aaron Ipour
Aaron Ipour is the co-founder and co-president of Megatel Homes, a developer and builder of single-family homes across Texas and Oklahoma. Since co-founding the company with his brother Zach Ipour in 2006, he has helped grow Megatel from a small renovation business into a regional homebuilding company that has delivered thousands of homes and employs more than a hundred professionals across the region.
Megatel began by purchasing, renovating, and reselling existing homes. After successfully completing its early projects, the company transitioned into building new single-family homes in 2007. Over the following years, Ipour helped guide the company’s expansion into multiple markets while maintaining a focus on production efficiency, financial discipline, and long-term relationships with partners and institution.
Within the Megatel organization, Ipour oversees corporate operations and financial strategy. His responsibilities include managing institutional partnerships, maintaining production systems, and coordinating the financial structure that supports Megatel’s development activities and affiliated companies.
Ipour also played a key role in the creation of Oxbridge, Megatel’s luxury custom home brand. Oxbridge homes have been featured in publications including D Magazine and Luxe Interiors + Design, highlighting the brand’s focus on design quality and craftsmanship.
In addition to Megatel Homes, Ipour serves as co-president of MCI Mortgage, a residential mortgage company affiliated with the Megatel group. His work across these businesses reflects a broader interest in how housing, finance, and technology intersect to shape access to homeownership.
More recently, Aaron Ipour has been involved in fintech and digital payments through MegPrime, a platform designed to connect consumer payments, rewards, and housing affordability. In 2026, the project reached a milestone when the MP Token associated with the platform received a no-action letter from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, allowing the system to move forward under its proposed structure.
Ipour holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a master’s degree in business administration with a focus on productivity and efficiency management. His academic training continues to influence his professional approach, particularly in areas such as operational optimization, systems design, and scalable business processes.
Beyond his core businesses, Ipour maintains a strong interest in fintech, digital currency, real estate strategy, branding, and automation. He follows developments in these areas closely and enjoys building systems that improve efficiency and simplify complex processes.
